Missed sightseeing due to weather, political events, traffic conditions or any unforeseeable situations is non-refundable.

In case of a steep increase in fuel prices, a proportional hike in the quoted rate will apply.
Standing AC usage (running the AC while stationary) is not allowed.
Under no circumstances should the driver be forced to exceed the speed limits as prescribed by the Indian Motor Vehicles Act.
